Duane Mueller
Mr. Mueller graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in Economics. In 1992, Mr. Mueller, a former journeyman carpenter, formed Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. with Robert Cissell. As C.E.O. of the corporation for the past 30 years, Mr. Mueller has guided the construction business from humble beginnings into a respectable national firm focusing primarily on retail, medical, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects in the 44 states where the company is licensed as a general contractor.

Morgan Stearn
Morgan Stearn graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences. After nearly four years with St. Charles County’s Parents as Teachers Program, she transitioned into the family business, joining Cissell Mueller as its first Project Administrator.
During her early tenure, Morgan implemented key strategies and technologies that supported operational efficiency and positioned the company for growth. Today, she serves as President of NGFS, where she provides strategic leadership, oversees company operations, and guides long-term growth initiatives to ensure continued success.

Darren Hoffman
With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Hoffman is currently a Program Manager at a leading alternative energy company. Their role is pivotal in advancing pioneering technologies in both the energy and water sectors. Specializing in natural gas, clean coal, pyrolysis, hydrogen, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and innovative water purification solutions targeting PFAS and other contaminants, His team is dedicated to enhancing quality of life and reducing carbon footprints.
Following a successful career in supervising and managing commercial and industrial construction projects, Mr. Hoffman has transitioned to leading edge projects in alternative energy. They have cultivated strong, long-term relationships with large-scale vendors, technology partners, oil and gas companies, and engineering firms. These collaborations are critical for advancing new technologies and securing the necessary funding to ensure successful project execution and sustainable development across various sectors
